Millefiori
Who knows what’s behind corners, down narrow streets and beyond winding canals? I discovered this collection in Venice; a chance meeting but meant to be. These Venetian paperweights are mid to late 20th Century, all individual and striking in their own way. The density of the glass is solid and yet each has an appearance of delicacy and fragility, a testament to their history and the talent of their makers.Their reflective nature makes them eye-catching and intriguing objects to play with. Pieces like these are what make our homes unique.
