DID YOU KNOW? The CIRO pearl – the world’s first cultured pearl – laid the foundation for the CIRO company in 1917, starting an almost 100-year long tradition. Cultured pearls did not exist at the time and real pearls were very expensive. Therefore the CIRO pearl was the first appealing and affordable alternative to the very popular “real pearl”. Once other cultured pearls entered the market, in the early 1920s, CIRO already was leading the market.

HOW TO CARE: Add a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid to a damp cloth and gently rub the outside. Scrub any grooves with a soft toothbrush.
